HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDERS TO SHIP?
While we try to ship orders the same week they are placed, we are essentially a two-person operation and some orders may take longer. Our current policy is all domestic orders will be received within 2-3 weeks. International orders will normally be received within 3-4 weeks.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?
We ship single prints via USPS First Class mail. If you buy more than one print we will ship USPS Priority Mail. We ship all international orders via USPS First Class International Mail. Once orders are packed and shipped, First Class packages typically take 2-8 days to arrive, Priority Mail packages typically take 3-5 days to arrive. International orders typically take 8-14 days to arrive.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If your order is damaged or you are otherwise dissatisfied with its condition, we will gladly arrange to send you a replacement or refund your money. Simply drop us an email at freedarkostore@gmail.com or by using the Contact page on this site.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments through PayPal.

HOW SECURE IS THIS STORE?

DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE?

No, you do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay with any major credit card. Simply select the credit card option on the the bottom right hand side of the paypal page once you checkout.
